I would like to apply CCA (canonical correlation analysis) to my EEG data to extract the feature? Some literature I found on the internet to justify the claim. Is there any good example? I would like to extract the feature using CCA.
Basically EEG signal(X) is projected onto a new dimension(Wx) such that, after projection it will be highly correlated to a reference signal(Y)(which is also projected in to different plane(Wy)). CCA technique is used to find that projection matrices(Wx, Wy).
