When you are simulating a transient problem you must specify the density of material in engineering data.

For solving a thermal analysis you need to provide thermal conductivity and material density for the solver. Otherwise you will get an error like this.

hi Mr. Reza Bayat.. I was use the density of material in engineering data. When I use hyperelastis material and I was complete the properties material, the simulation get error.. why ??

if it is a transient thermal analysis, then you also need specific heat to be added in material properties.
