Interesting question for all researchers. After you have had a paper submitted and accepted to a Journal article do you then spend anytime "advertising" your work? For example do you write blog posts or do you upload your work to social media so more people can see your work and hence as a consequence you can receive a higher citation count? I do spend time trying to develop an SEO approach in my work and was wondering what strategies do people use to "advertise" their work if any?
