I recommend following ways

1. Take 0.1 M Sb2Cl3 in 2-3 ml of HCl + add 0.1 M Na2EDTA+0.1 M thioacetamide and keept it at room temperature for 1 h with glass slide, you can see brown films

Just follow these below procedures, it is easy to get what you need. Dip you glass substrate in a CBD mixture containing 650 mg of SbCl3 in 2.5 ml of acetone, 25 ml of 1 M Na2S2O3 aqueous solution, and 72.5 ml of deionized water at 6 °C. Orange-colored amorphous stibnite layers can be formed onto the substrate and sinter at 330 °C in an argon atmosphere for 30 min.

Thanks Ganapathy for the idea and the papers. I have tried this method and I have not yet sintered my samples. I wish to coat the slides at room temperature too. 

Aqueous solutions of 20 cc SbCl3 (0.2 M) and 15 cc

tartaric (0.2 M) were added in a beaker and stirred. The

pH of the solution mixture is about 2. A sufficient

amount of NaOH (0.5 M) is added with continuous

stirring to raise the pH of the bath to 9.5.40 cc TAM

(0.5 M) is then added to the solution. After about 4 h

the solution colour changes to yellow and the solution

was kept at room temperature under unstirred conditions

for 68 h. Orange-red coloured films were obtained.

Film thickness was measured using the weight

difference method by assuming the density of film to be

the same as that of the amorphous bulk (4.12 g cc-1).

The films were about 1.3 lain thick. Pl. refer Thin Solid Films, 237 (1994) 29-31

I managed to get the paper (Materials Chemistry and Physics 78 (2002) 385–392).

The deposition process in this paper is different from what you had advised me before: 

"Sb2S3 films were deposited from the solution containing 0.1M SbCl3,  0.1M tartaric acid and  0.1M thioacetamide".

Kindly confirm the citation to the article you were refering to.
