I want to make different concentrations (10, 50 and 100 milligram per ml) of plant extraction for Antibacterial activity. The extraction is in semi-solid form. I do not know its concentration.
The question is not sufficiently clear for me, but if the problem is to obtain extracts from a plant with different concentration of biologically active compounds, just change the ratio of plant mass and the volume of the extracting solvent. This may help you to some extend only, depending on the solubility of the BAC in the solvent you are using. For further increase of the concentration you have to change the solvent with a more "active" one.
