In general, to build a FIS, we need to form a rules table which has 2 inputs and 1 output. The rules table is a bivariate table. But, how does it work with 3 inputs?

Use MIMO Fuzzy Logic Controllers (Multiple Input Multiple Output). Then you can use one or more inputs and one or more outputs

You can use the neural -fuzzy controller, the three inputs fed to neural and the output of neural fed to fuzzy controller.
