Examples and components of research ethics can include:
Fake findings: Introduce, report or publish information that is not the result of their research.
Data manipulation: Any changes in the content of the research that lead to changes in the findings.
Lost plagiarism and non-respect of intellectual property: Includes any use of the scientific achievement of others that is not referred to in the report.
Repetition: It refers to the publication of the findings of a research in more than one scientific journal, regardless of the rules.
Formal or Honest Writing: refers to this immoral act that, for ease of publication of our articles, add the names of people in the name of science without any co-operation to their publishing works simply because they need it.
I feel good researchers never run after manipulations. So no question of specially learning ethics. It comes by default in their publications. In my research carrier probably I have seen 80% of the unethical issues mentioned by you. It happens for various benefits and very difficult to check. However, one thing is very clear to me that that one might acquire many a things by these means, except respect.

Original research is scarce. Fake findings, Data manipulation, Plagiarism, Repetition, Irrelevant referencing etc. are more common these days rather than exception. The issue is how to inculcate moral values in researchers.
