I want to use a map from google maps on the in-print thesis. Can you please let me know where can I see the attribution in google maps in order to indicate the source?

To find the map attribution in Google Maps, follow these steps:
Open Google Maps in your web browser.
Navigate to the location you want to use in your map.
Click on the "Menu" button (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
Click on "Share or embed map".
Click on "Embed a map".
Click on "Copy HTML".
Open a text editor (such as Notepad or TextEdit) and paste the HTML code.
The attribution information should be located near the bottom of the code, typically starting with "Map data ©20XX Google".
You can include this attribution information in your thesis to indicate the source of the map. It's also important to ensure that you comply with Google's terms of service for using their maps in print.
