I need to know how would one calculate the load at first crack of concrete and yielding load of steel in ABAQUS for an RC structure modelled.

to know the load at first crack u need to look at the related frame, in result option, and then it is possible to follow the same frame output for desired load value.
do the same for yielding stress of steel.
Do repeated loading and unloading progressively increasing the magnitude of load for each cycle, and draw a load deflection curve with your results. You can easily interpret crack formation from it.

To know this is done in several ways:
1- From Result - Step/Frame to show the initial of cracking for concrete.
2- From load deflection curve, you can know where the first crack occurs.
3- From X-Y Data, you can draw the relation between Stress in Rebar with time, in order to know whether the rebar has reached yield or not.
