In order to filter a sample for the monitoring soluble COD, sample is filtered through a Whatman 0.45µm filter. Is this Cellulose based filter or Nylon based? What type of Whatman 0.45µm filter paper is used? Also, I have hundreds of samples using syringe filter is difficult and time consuming. Can anyone share any methods or helpful tips they used in their lab to handle such a large number of samples?
