How do you elucidate the function in alpha-, beta-acids of hop?

I have studied a producing mechanism of lupulin glands for more than 40 years. I am concentrate on this purpose from now. If I elucidated this mechanism, I would be so happy to get it. I am studying with this work by myself. It takes a long time to accomplish this work, I think. If somebody is interested with this work, I would like to study it together.
