How do you create Differential Equations by using STEM program by Eclipse?

I need to create DE's for a research experiment within two week and I really need help. I have tried Maple, Matlab, and STEM. I do not know which program is the best or how to program either software. Please Help.

I am sorry. But you create a differential equation using your head in order to approximatel describe a phenomenon you are interested in. The you do qualitative and quantitative work using what you created. You can use Mathemaica for a lot of that.
