Artificial intelligence (AI) is the most talked-about technology of our time.
But we should keep on mind that AI’s present and future mean many things to many people.
Each time that i do a conversation about artificial intelligence with friends it tend to go in one of two directions. Will it bring us a rampaging-robot chaos, or will AI make the world a much better place?
This is the question… but i believe that AI will make a much better world!
My thesis was on AI application in order to forecast industrial pollution from historic data series.

I also think that AI will contribute for a better world. However, we should pay attention on ethical issues in some application areas such as Defense. The impact of AI in short and medium terms depends also on sectors, the transfer of technology and deployment are being carried at different speeds. For example, nowadays the industry is involved in a very active digital transformation in which AI is taking a decisive role in hot topics such as condition monitoring and process supervision, control and optimization.
Artificial Intelligence world is still premature enough compared to those claimed by documentaries or shows. However, It holds an outstanding future to automate processes from day to day life to automating enterprise machinery.
There are a lot of researches going on about it in various fields including health care, automobiles, banking, governments and others.
In my opinion, one of the most promising areas of health innovation is the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical imaging. With an irreversible increase in the amount of data and the possibility to use AI to identify findings either detectable or not by the human eye, radiology is now moving from a subjective perceptual skill to a more objective science. Radiologists, who were on
the forefront of the digital era in medicine, can guide the introduction of AI into healthcare. Yet, they will not be replaced because radiology includes communication of diagnosis, consideration of patient’s values and preferences, medical judgment, quality assurance, education, policy-making, and interventional procedures.
I think introducing control and artificial intelligence tools in diverse human activities will serve saving precious resources, reduce losses in material and energy and thereby reduce the environmental pollution. I assume control and AI tools will lead the next industrial and society revolution supplemented by the advancements in electronics.

From philosophical point of view, Artificial Intelligence has two obstacles in order to reach at a minimum level of human mind: first, if it strives to be a conscious being, then it must be greater than the sum of its parts — namely, the streams of meaningless digital characters; second, it must be self-aware entity; third, it must acknowledge its ‘I’ , if it has one, as an autonomous being; fourth, it must amalgamate all human consciousness’ faculties at the sublime level, as well as at the irrational level. This could be achieved by the Artificial Intelligence by means of creative, irrational and rational types of imagination, which would envision the infinite possibilities that are beyond its experience or a certain predetermined program. But, if the Artificial Intelligence is bound by the rationality of its program, then it is trapped in a cage it does not know that it exists. Given that imagination and mental freedom are inseparable, devoid faculties of the Artificial Intelligence, then it will be nothing more than a mirror mimicking the world as is and not as the world might be.
The dedvelopment of robot engineering should be limited to prevent them from becoming too human and on the other hand to prevent people from degradation. AI has the capacity to supersede the human mind and we aren't able to predict when artificial intelligence will be possible to act independently
