>Ask questions that establish Knowledge first. Answers that seem not to establish Knowledge should depreciate answers to Attitude and Perception questions.
>Run (extreme) outlier analysis. You can then exclude from dataset, smooth or normalize.
>Ask cross-validating questions. This includes asking the same question with slightly different wording and asking questions with different polarities.
Look for outliers which deviate significantly from the norm, and plan your survey to include questions designed to reveal disingenuous remarks.
