Children are built to move. Their love of moving - and their instinctive capacity to crawl, run like the wind, bound, climb countless trees, or just giggle infectiously due to the invigorating power of moving - is contagious. We all know the value of physical activity and active play in the lives of children but what are some strategies for still including these opportunities in our already overcrowded curriculum? I thought I would share a few of my ideas, and invite you to share your strategies.
