If your question concerns dosing, you can create a homogenous suspension using a methylcellulose and tween 80 vehicle. Alternatively, my lab has used corn oil as a vehicle for poorly soluble phytochemicals.
@Adam Smith, It is interesting to note pentane soluble components would be soluble in corn oil, can you give some details on how is this done and how can we make sure it is bioavailable. Please also share if any papers are available on details of using corn oil. Thanks!
Refer to my most recent article in Molecular Pharmaceutics for details of using corn oil as a gavage vehicle for a bioavailability study in vivo. However, the compounds that we evaluated were insoluble in the corn oil. Hope this helps!
