Anyone have any tips for activation of macrophages (RAW 264.7) with LPS?

We have tested different concentrations of LPS Salmonella typhimurium‎ (50-100 ng / mL up to 8.1 microg / mL) unsuccessfully. Apparently it should be simple but maybe there is some detail we did...
