How do we do micelle clustering and how do we make index file for molecules in micelles?

My system contains three micelles. I want to calculate radius of gyration for each micelle in the system. I did the micelle clustering, but I am struggling with the step 3 in http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/How-tos/Micelle_Clustering

When I tried to do the 3rd step, program gets into a never ending loop.

The other thing I want to know is how do we generate the groups in index file for 3 micelles?

Can anyone help me ?
