PDOS can only be visualized if you had relevant flag(s) set in VASP (which you did not have. actually, the most relevant flag is switched off).  you should be posting INCAR rather than output. from the vasprun.xml. your electronic energy convergence criterion is too low (10^-5), precision is set to low level, mixing is set for d-elements not for rare-earths, for energy and DOS you should use different smearing.... actually the whole INCAR file is not good and you will never get good results with this settings. given the nature of a system, I believe the dipol correction should be calculated as well.   what is worse, the structure has not been relaxed. did you READ the MANUAL and are you sure what you are doing? please read the manual and understand ALL the tags relevant for this task. computational physics is not about pressing enter hoping to get good enough numbers. the lack of understanding of  physics and also principles and algorithms implemented in a software is evident.

Actually I posted here bandstructure calculation vasprun.xml file. In this calculation I have not calculated partial dos (LORBIT=11). I wanted to know like pdos can we visualize partial bands contributing by different element from p4vasp.

Now I got this with LORBIT=11 tag calculation we can visualize partial bands in p4vasp.

your settings for this type of calculation were not good. you will never get accurate results for BS or DOS with the setting found in a vasprun.xm, especially electronic convergence threshold..  you should also set mixing flags to f-elements (which you haven't). in addition, since f-elements are present in your calculation, you want to have check with s-o coupling and calculate lsda+u with appropriate interaction energy. the structure has not been relaxed judging from the ionic positions in output file. is this test calculation or is it production run? if the former ok, but in latter case, you get numbers that are not good and cannot be used in any way.

I have done calculation with PBE+U for same system but besides that I want to see without U value bandstructure.

But my main question was that in pdos we can see dos by different elements in any system by setting LORBIT=11 tag in INCAR. Like that can we see band from different elements in VASP.  If yes then what is appropriate tag and how to extract data from p4vasp or any other software.

Hi, you actually can go as far as check orbitals (px, py, pz for example) if your settings in VASP are correct. please read manual to the software. there is all the information you need to calculate and extract those data you need. if you don;t want to read the manual, then you have to write a script to extract your data from output files. however, you have not relaxed your structure (?????) after introducing dopant element and your energy convergence settings are not good. I am not going to write the whole procedure here, it is up to you to find out. I will repeat myself, but computational science is not about pressing enter key. please read the software manual. and finally answer to your question, YES you can visualize it in p4vasp, but you have to be familiar with the software, therefore read the manual first. btw, by PBE+U you mean LSDA (GGA) + U in PBE functional for exchange and correlation?
