If 1 article's cost is less than 5$, i think it is good but if it is more than 15 or 20 $ per article you can cancel the subscription that database. Let's come to the e-book usage. Ebook databases give different statistics. For instance Springer statistics count full text for each chapter. On the contrary Safari counts fulltext for each page. So When you look at the all ebook statistics briefly, you see that safari is used the most. These are important for ebook statistics.
