Numerous variables can be applied for post-fire tree mortality and crown damage is one of the best predictors of post-fire tree mortality. Nevertheless, most of the crown scorched trees (even 10%) are often harvested in S.Korea, which is rather at odds with research. Thus, I would like to know how other countries address this issue.
The fires, with the disrespectful use of trees, represent a real problem in Tunisia, as in the world, We are trying to replace it with new trees using seasonal workers, but we see with the decrease in rainfall that the problem is no longer there. is not resolved and may be disaster orientated.

Despite being a heavily forested country with a large forest industry, Sweden has rather limited experience with wildfires. For example, 2018 was the year with the largest wildfires in modern history, yet only 25 000 ha were burnt, which is by international standards a rather insignificant area.
Here in Sweden, it is the landowner who decides what to do with the burnt trees. Many of the last decade's fire sites were harvested and converted to nature reserves, so as to become natural deciduous forests in the future

).
In the nordic countries, no charred trees are allowed to be sold as pulplogs (the soot contaminates the pulping process). But if they hold sawlog size (> maybe 20 cm dbh), the burnt trees are sawn to construction lumber in a specifically designated sawmill (to which all companies then send their charred logs). The sawmill is then completely sanitized after all charred wood has been sawn. Otherwise, all other merchantable trees are sold as biomass (for CHP plants) and chipped by specifically designated chippers. For more info, see:

I assume if valuable trees in a national park got scorched by wildfire, forest manager need to decide based on a guideline.
Burnt trees in Swedish national parks, nature reserves, etc. are always left standing (unless they are next to roads/trails. Then they are felled and often left lying as dead wood). The reserve's/park's management plan dictates what to do with the burnt trees.

Sanghyun Kim: In Poland, from the practical point of view in forestry (state forests) it looks as follows:
In the event of a large-scale wildfire (>10 ha), forest stands damaged by flames, located inside the burned area usually cannot be saved - they should be removed. The primary task of foresters should be to protect the periphery (buffor zone) of the burned area and adjacent (unburned) forest stands in order to prevent its enlargement as a result of damage caused by the action of insects (pests) on trees weakened by high temperature. In the endangered stands on the outskirts of the fire site (up to approx. 30 m deep into the unburned stand around and unburned "island" fragments with a loose density), the sanitary condition should be constantly monitored, in particular:
a) in March, after winter, when dead and dying trees are revealed;
b) in June, after spring colonization by secondary pests;
c) in September, to establish the amount and nature of the deadwood.
