How do I transfer my gas mixture (hydrogen gas, methane gas & Carbon dioxide ) from plastic bottle to gas chromatography?

I am doing a research on MEC.I want to store my Hydrogen gas in plastic bottle after producing from MEC. MEC is not connected to Gas Chromatography. So, we have to do further experiment in another lab. How do I transfer my gas mixture from bottle to gas chromatography? Should I dissolved in Hydrogen soluble liquid during collection period? Than, which liquid will suitable for desolation of Hydrogen?
