For my new project i want to change the fins which was existing in automobiles( two wheelers) l have done fins analysis in FLUENT. I want to test the prototype. tell me how to test the prototype and setup details?
"fins" as in "motor cooling fins"?
What exactly do you want to test? Only the cylinder head with the fins, the complete but isolated engine or tge engine integrated into a vehicle? The setup depends on the answer to this question.
P.S.: do you want to make 'only' validation tests or compare to existing designs?

Simply export the fin geometry file in design modeller and then define enclosure surrounding the fins, define the boundary conditions velocity inlet and pressure outlet in the sides of the enclosure
Dear Karthick, I think you try to validate your simulation results by fabricating experimental setup.
Rather develop complete experimental set up you can validate your results with available literature based on experimental work. Or you can have simple lab set up based on "Heat transfer characteristics of Natural & force convection with pin-fin apparatus"
