It is important, for example, to identify the factors that encourage individuals to engage in intrapreneurship (Hornsby, 2002):
- The appropriate use of rewards;
- Top management support;
- Available resources;
- Organizational support;
- Propensity for risk and tolerance of failures.
These are the msot important factor present in the state of the art.
