I am designing a simple transmission line in CST MWS on a Si Wafer. The dimensions of the wafer are in um and the center frequency is 200 THz. I have selected the optical template in CST. I am getting following error when assigning the relevant thickness of wafer materials i.e. SiO2 (1.5 um)+Si(380 um)+SiO2(1.5 um).
Can someone kindly assist.

The settings you have chosen will lead to a mesh with more than 100 billion cells. A model of such a size is quite uncommon and we suggest to contact CST support to discuss the setup of your model.
Brick creation leads to the following bounding box problem: Dimensions are too large for the 3D Modeler.

In CST, mesh is generated by depending on an electrical size and frequency.
Your structure is too large to simulate because of wavelength.
You can simulate if you control mesh density manually.
For example, you can reduce 'Lines per wavelength" and "Lower mesh limit" in Mesh Properties in CST
Thankyou for your reply. I did reduce the lines per wavelength and tackled the mesh manually,. but unfortunately its not helping.
Any more suggestions?
Dear Walid, The wavelength of corresponding wave in free space is 3 x10^10/ 2x10^14= 1.5x 10^-4 cm.= 1.5 um. So, i would propose to get a solution at reduced thickness of the silicon starting from say 10um and then increasing the thickness of Si say to 20 um and so on to predict how the solution varies with the silicon thickness such that you can estimate a solution at your required thickness. In this way you will overcome the error of the simulator.
As Mr Zekry said your structure is large for the solver. May I ask what solver you are using and what parameter you are after?
I tried both the solvers. T-domain and Frequency solver, but faced same problems.
I would like to simulate antenna on a thick quartz substrate as mentioned in the posed question.
