my problem is the simulation of the system (25) see file attached. In the normal case (differential equation) I use the block 'integrator' in simulink. it's very simple. In this case, I have not found a block for the fractional derivative (or fractional integratorl) in Matlab Simulink. I download "m files" but it is not clear at all (it takes gents who's worked on this fields and that they help you to understand the algorithms and how it works)
Please help me to Unlock this problem and i'll be very grateful

The Appendix I in the file states that the matrix A is symmetric, i.e., Q = QT. For example, Q = [1 0; 0 1] is the transpose of itself.
The motion of a quadcopter is nonlinear. The matrix Q could represent the tilt/rotational velocity/temperature/current in each of the four motors. When a sensor fails to measure tilt of any motor, the onboard algorithm controls such a motor based on input from an observer.
Generally, Q = [1 0; 0 1] may imply that two of the motors are ON. Since the matrix is symmetric, it challenges observer to uniquely determine failed-motor.
