My purpose is to study the effect of climate and land use change on the runoff of a watershed using the Arc-LTHIA model. The model runs well until the stage before the rain layer enters, but when I enter the rain data, the model gives an error. Could anyone guide me to run this model?

What is the size of your catchment, because the model has its areal range?. Again, most of the runoff models in use are regional empirical models with their regional constants which vary widely depending on the land use and regional climatic and hydrological conditions.
However, it is still possible to calibrate it for your catchment if you have generated your constants. You can also look for some published work from Ogarekpe, N.M on models parameters calibration approach.
