The degassing temperature was around 100 deg. while i run the isotherm the adsorption and desorption curves seem to merge. how do i prepare the sample in order to resolve this issue ?
Hi Sabir Muhammed have you tried running a TGA-DSC of the sample prior to degassing. You would see at what temperatures there are transitions and that would allow you to choose your degassing temperature. 100 °C seems very low. On the TGA-DSC you would want to select a temperature after the removal of water (>100 °C) and where there is no mass loss or transitions. Goodluck.
