If you like to do purification of your amidoxime derivatives,there is no restrictions about using ethanol or dioxane single or mixed with water or using CH2Cl2 single or mixed with pet. ether. However, if you like to do purification by column chromatography, best mobile phase, may be ethyl acetate mixed with n-hexane or with pet. ether (try ratios).
