How do I overcome color changes in CMYK image when it is derived from RGB image

We want to do some students project to overcome this problem in industry

Correct me if I am wrong,

The original images is RGB,

You create usable CMYK version of it,

But, for some reason, the colour look different? :)

Sound like classic colour gamut problem, like between monitor and printer, but,

please elaborate more of your problem. :)
