Hi, I am modelling a Tubular Linear SRM the model is rotational symmetric.I tried to make the model using "Make component in an arc" option available in that software but getting wrong results when analyzed as 2D model.Would anyone pls help me in modeling and get the results by 2D analysis.

Their are two ways to model it:
1. You can use component in a arc
2. Build the complete model and then symmetricity of the model
I would suggest using (2.) method since about quarter or (1\6)th of the model is simulated.
About your question of "getting wrong results", well their can be numerous reasons for it, say meshing, boundary conditions, air box, improper modelling, etc. If you model was built correctly, try looking at meshing since it is usually the most troublesome error that occurs.
