So I'm working on a project in that I require a compact load cell which is small, has load bearing capacity upto 200kgs and gives accurate results. Please provide the procedure step by step and also the making cost if possible.

Build your own. Very simple, use strain gauges an an instrument amplifier. Cheap too.

One more thing: Build the strain gauges into a Wheatstone bridge circuit. 1/4, 1/2 or full bridge circuit. And of course you will need to calibrate the output.
