Hi Nithin, the simplest way is to convert the geometry in to .bmp in MATLAB and then convert the .bmp to dxf format using autoCAD. Import dxf files created in autoCAD into Comsol.

For 3d geometry, Amira software is best. Check the link below

First try to save the 3d geometry in to stack of 2d images in MATLAB then import using Amira!
