While implementing RED algorithm in ns2 i have already used the line "set val(ifq) Queue/RED " for using RED and set the following parameters
Queue/RED set thresh_ 5
Queue/RED set maxthresh_ 15
Queue/RED set q_weight_ 0.001
Queue/RED set bytes_ false
Queue/RED set queue_in_bytes_ false
Queue/RED set gentle_ false
Queue/RED set mean_pktsize_ 1000
but my simulation is not completed. Can anyone tell me the simulation of RED in ns2.

If you don't correct use of array and memory in programming. in constructor you must exact set parameters and value of it.
for example you need value of an one cell of array, but this value is empty or incorrect. simple of this example is: if you send float or get float value but in destination array is a digit.
