How do I go about plotting a thermodynamic equilibrium?

I need to plot the thermodynamic equilibrium between NO, O2 and NO2, just like in the attached figure, but I have no idea how to do it.

I am using a continuous gas flow with 8% O2, 400ppm NO, balanced with He. Does anyone have any suggestions?
