22 December 2020 1 10K Report

I am currently using PerkinElmer Uv-vis system. For the reflection correction the manual says to do both the Light spectral reference (LSR) and dark spectral reference (DSR) corrections. It also says that LSR is supposed to be provided by the instrument supplier that I dont have. Is it possible to make my own with white spectralon and then save it as .asc file to use later? Thanks in advance.
