I have submitted a paper to an IEEE conference. It has got through the human review stages, but has formatting errors. However, I don't know exactly what the errors are. Is there a tool I can use to indicate the problem?

There are provisions in place wherein you can write to the publications chair of the conference to allow you to make the final edit in the paper. You might have to answer a few questions on why the delay and the nature of the error that you would like to correct.
