I don't know why are you trying to measure the concentration of pigment but you can use spectrophotometer for comparison. With spect. you can't get exact amount of pigments but you can compare different isolates with eachother based on the spectrophotometery of the color of your media

actually this is the 1st time my lab focused on pigments, we have no idea about them. in general we thought to measure the pigment concentration.

can any one sugest me what information can i get from RP HPLC. can i know what compound it is? i did TLC.
