I am looking for a process as simple as possible ti disperse the fibers from each other. After heat cleaning they have been flocculated and make harder the following mixing processes.
Sorry, it is not clear either you would like to mix the fibers with other components of your composition or to disperse the fibers from each other for any kind of investigations.
However, these two problems are quite different especially if the shortening of filaments during the mixing procedure is not a problem for you. To mix your fibers with other components you can use common means such as ball mills, attritors and so on (I hope, a volume fraction of fibers in the powder-fiber composition you try to prepare is not more than 20% and possible filament length of less than 0.1-1 mm is applicable for your composite). To disperse the fibers from each other you can use some liquid media with surfactants, which have to be chosen by experimental way taking into account the wettability characteristics of your fibers. Any problems else - give me a ring on Skype.
