How do i define indium tin oxide (ITO) in the material library in CST studio software?

i need some information for dispersive dielectric characteristics of indium tin oxide within wide range frequency. as long as there are no ITO in CST Library , I am trying to find a best practice to simulated ITO or PET coted with ITO.
