In Simulink : how can I create a single pulse of: amplitude = 1, width = 300 sec (for example) when ever the input changes from 0 to 1 (otherwise it equals 0) ?

Select pulse generator in simulink library, set the desired amplitude and pulse width parameters in the available options.
Kindly specify whether the input will be changed manually or automatically
I hope we can do it like pulse width modulation in power electronics. Take a carrier wave ,reference wave and compare them.
