How do I construct reporter system using a GPCR?

Hi all,

I'm looking into attempting to develop a reporter system based on activation of a GPCR. I know there are companies out there doing it, but their systems don't suit my needs. Does anyone here know of papers describing previously used processes so I can develop my own based off of that?

Has anyone here ever done that?
