I am trying to use carbon based material for bioscensor application.I read few person initially they using acid to get cv then they are changing the electrolyte when using enzymes.Can anybody refer some paper for this
It depends on the sensor you would like to imply. Mostly PBS is used. Then you can check the effect of pH.

Initial CV using acid is for cleaning the electrode surface before the attachment of bio-molecules on it.Usually less concentrated sulfuric acid is used and about 10 cycles of CV are performed.Later for measuring CV or Impedance 10 mM PBS with 5 mM of potassium ferricyanide and 5 mM potassium ferrocyanide are used since they are excellent redox couple.This details you can find in many of the biosensor related articles
Some enzymes are not tolerant to PBS, so you will see other biological buffers used as well, depending on what the biomolecule/enzyme will tolerate.
