Title of the journal, scope, theme, history, impact factor, and current publications are all significant factors to look at while looking for a good journal.
Advice Look at the magazine’s impact factor to find out its global level and the level of your work that will be published. The more factor, the stronger the magazine is in the world.
To find out the impact coefficient of all internationally recognized journals, you can refer to the Thomson Reuters website, which publishes an annual report on the impact coefficient of all recognized journals in the world https://incites.thomsonreuters.com
Your research is unlikely to be accepted first time........or second....it is more likely the journal will choose you........start with the best journal and work your way down!

Thank you all for your valuable opinions, but I think many journals have fake impact factors and some of them are predatory journals. I have experience with some journals with high impact factors and accept any paper and publish it within 2 or 3 weeks.

Journal title, scope, indexing, impact factor, publisher. Also it is important to know if there is any publication fee etc. Preferably journal should be Indexed in SCOPUS.
I believe you can use the Journals that your most relevant references use for publishing. Otherwise, you can use the Journal finders website such as Elsevier one.
It depends on the research work you are doing , Look up the list of journal and choose the one which are most relevant to your work especially those with high impact factor and peer reviewed journal
Think if you go to '' find your journal'' in the Elsevier website, just provide the title and abstract of your manuscript, and the sit suggests the most proper journal for you.
