The real model is a septic tank buried 1.5 m deep in the ground topped with a inclined-glass lid, which makes the tank water exposed to the sunlight. The idea is to create a greenhouse effect inside the tank where the solar energy trapped will increase temperature and evaporate the surface water, which will then condensate on the lid until it accumulates and runs off down to a collection system.

The annual average conditions on the location are:

Ambient temperature: 28°C

Ground temperature: 27°C (constant bellow 100cm)

Global horizontal solar radiation: 6 kW.h/m^2/day

I would like to mimic this case in the lab to see its performance and viability. How do I transform the solar radiation to electric power of an infrared lamp (energy dissipation, distance from between source and lid, etc.) and what kind of lamp do I need? Right now I have one infrared lamp of 175W (240V) and an exposed area of 0.074m^2.

See pic attached for details. Thank you in advance for your help!
