how can I get the spatial load distribution data for my three loads which I know their (x,y) locations on the plate with respect to sensors locations which also I know their (x,y) locations?
If I understood correctly - you need loads/stresses at the locations of the stress sensors when you are applying the load at certain locations.
Talking about finite element simulation - just perform the following steps using any FE software ANSYS, ABAQUS
1) model your system with FE (e.g. shell) correctly with boundary conditions (correctly fixed as in your experiment) and apply the load
2) solve the FE system and using postprocessor compute at the point of the stress sencors what you need - components of stress and strain tensor, or force wrt a certain direction.
