I want to calculate perpendicular g-factor of Mn^4+ ion using the measured parallel g-factor and parallel hyperfine constant. It seems observed parallel g-factor=2 changes into about 8 at 20mK, and related to Mn^2+ and Mn^4+ respectively. This ESR is for impurity Mn ion of concentration less than parts per million. Spinel charge transfer is not exceptable in this case. Lower symmetry of MnO_6 complex at this temperature may be plausible as structural interaction. What is the mechanism of the change from Mn^2+ to Mn^4+ in the same structure changing oxidation? Is Magnetoresistance is involved in this action? If it is than how to explain spin transitions by quantum-Hall-effect?
