How do I calculate g-parallel and g-perpendicular values from ESR spectra of metal complexes?

Thanks Mr. pach for your response, i have ESR spectra for Cu and OV, and I am struggling to interpret it. So please provide me with some reference material for the calculation of g ׀׀ and g⊥ values.
