I am screening a library of synthetic compounds for their antimicrobial as well as antibiofilm activity. The compounds are solubilized in DMSO. When added to culture media they get precipitated. How do I overcome this phenomenon? While dissolving compounds in DMSO some part of the compounds get solubilize while few particles or crystal left behind. How do I overcome this issue?

Each compound has a characteristic solubility in a particular medium at a particular temperature. If the compound is present above that limit, some of it will precipitate. There is no way around that except to change the medium or temperature.
Adding a lot of cosolvent is probably not going to be compatible with your cell culture. The salt form of the compound can affect its solubility, so you could try using a different salt or the free acid or base, as the case may be. You could also try using a carrier such as a cyclodextrin. That might help increase the solubility, but of course that works by lowering the free compound concentration.
Make sure you note the maximal soluble concentration, and don't use any data obtained at higher concentrations.
Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is an organosulfur compound. It is colorless liquid and an important polar aprotic solvent that dissolves both polar and nonpolar compounds and is miscible in a wide range of organic solvents as well as water. It penetrates the skin very readily and has the unusual property that many individuals perceive a garlic-like taste in the mouth after contact of DMSO with the skin.This perceived garlic odor may be due to nonolfactory activation of TRPA1 receptors in trigeminal ganglia.Unlike dimethyl and diallyl disulfide (also with odors resembling garlic), the mono- and tri- sulfides (typically with disgusting odors), and other similar structures, the pure chemical DMSO is odorless. There is an important specificity of each compound that its structural formulae could dissolve in specific solvent, or in a particular medium at a particular temperature. If we try to dissolve the compound above saturation limit ,it will precipitate. There is no way around that except to change the medium or temperature. Cyclocdextrin may prove better than any other solvent to dissole the compound and it may not precipitate. Probably it might help increase the solubility, but of course that works by lowering the free compound concentration.
some part of compound get solublized. you can filter them to avoid all precipitation. Hopefully, it might be work.
