I am designing Metamaterial absorber in HFSS. I want to see my absorptivity results for both TE(perpendicular) polarization and TM(parallel) polarization. How I can see that in HFSS
if you meam drawing the E and H plane radiation pattern it is so
first of all you have to define radaiton sphere.
then from the result choose creat far field report and choose radaitoon pattern
in the selection draw the radiation pattern with phi =0 this is E plan and phi =90 this is the H plan and select to draw them together at the same graph
Hello, define a port with a given direction of propagation along an axis, 1-D. Then define the direction of E as normal to the axis in one direction, repeat with H replacing E. This yields TE and TM depending on your problem. This is the general approach.
